Ben spent 15 years working as a News Correspondent for the three UK TV Networks; BBC, ITN and Sky News. During that time he covered many stories involving serious issues and crises and interviewed hundreds of people. This knowledge has helped inform his work in the corporate world. After leaving the BBC he joined global communications agency Porter Novelli as Media Director. In 2007 he set up MCM. He has particular knowledge of the airline business having worked with more than thirty commercial aviation companies over the past few years.
Mark has spent over ten years as a board director at a number of leading global and UK based PR agencies running Corporate Communications teams. He has provided senior counsel to blue chip clients and brands and led on crisis and issue management. He is also an experienced media trainer having taught over 300 people from CEOs, to brand managers, CFOs, CIOs and key personnel. Before working in consultancy he worked as a broadcast journalist for the likes of TV-am, ITN and Granada where he was their Political Editor working at Westminster. Mark has a comprehensive understanding of the political world and how policy impacts on wider stakeholders and other groups.
